The project results are risk-based survey protocols, and thus, implementable immediately.

The overarching goal is the development of HLB/ACP early detection/prediction surveys for urban and commercial citrus. Risk maps are implemented by CDFA each survey cycle with support on effective deployment. The risk-based survey tools provide a means to early detection and targeted rapid regulatory response to suppress outbreaks before they spread significantly.
