This project will potentially validate and maintain registrations of bactericides as part of an integrated pest management strategy using bactericide treatments as one component against HLB. The proposed regime is to make six applications of alternating bactericides with two different modes of action (3 of each per year) to protect and keep citrus trees from developing HLB disease. This is a program is being implemented and integrated with insect and other disease management (i.e., Phytophthora root rot) practices.
